No, this happend to me. I just got suspended without any notice and I couldn't log into my email anymore. They don't warn you!
You might get violations on the way, but they NEVER tell you when their 'bout to suspend your account.

They sneak up on you when you aren't looking and ZAP, there goes your account.

yeh, they send you a warning or two.. then, if you screw up again, your gone!!!
