Any planet with a mass larger than earth would have a stronger gravity, but if the diameter of the planet was also far greater, then the effect of gravity on its surface might actually be less (gravity decreases with the square of distance from the centre of gravity).

The usual answer to this question is Jupiter, becvause the force of gravity at its edge would be about five times as great as on earth. However, Jupiter has no solid surface, only thousands of kilometers of gas (with perhaps a liquid ocean underneath), so it has no surface, as such. The same applies for the other 'gas giant' planets Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Saturn is so atmospheric that the average density of the whole planet is less than one, and it would theoretically 'float' in an ocean of water.

The correct answer then may be that the place where you weigh more than on earth would be in an accellerating object, like a rocket ship or jet airplane; or in a rapidly spinning capsule; all of which could have a 'positive G-force'.", meaning that you would feel heavier than normal.

I think that any planet bigger than earth has higher gravity attraction, making an object heavier.
