In this week's Sunday ads, Brother had a laser printer for $69. I picked up a refurbished model for $59. Prints beautifully. Don't you have any local computer stores -- Office Max, Office Depot, Best Buy ...

If you need to buy online, go to either
www.amazon.com or
www.bizrate.com

where a search for all models at best prices will be run for you.

I reccommend the Epson Stylus CX4400 (I assume you live in the US). It's $59.99 - there are more models like this for under $100

Go here:
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/ProductCategory.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=-8182

It's a multifunction one (ie. it has a scanner, copier and printer all in one).

As the previous asnwerer said, you want the best for least, which is quite hard.
