Here are some ideas:

-sell soda/water or other food product (candy?)
-make a Lollipop Tree-get some peg board, cut it to look like a tree and then stick lollipops in the holes. On a few sticks make a black mark and the ones who get the black stick get to pick another lollipop.
-face painting
-contact a local restaurant or store and see if they will donate anything

Below is a link to a website called Oriental Trading. If you are in need of any bulk items (like small toys or candies) this is an excellent company to work with. I've ordered from them in the past and they have good quality products and good prices. Good luck with the fundraising!

Just a couple of ideas I have used for fundraising.

You could do a gift basket raffle. This is way easier when you have a group of people contribute to the gift basket. I am actually getting ready to start a couple of local university baskets and a cat and dog basket. These can be fairly inexpensive. I have gone to my local dollar store and pick up some cute water and food bowls, treats, toys, leashes, collars, etc. You can do a search on gift basket ideas and come up with endless possibilities.

Or a carnival with duck pond, ring toss to get a pop, lollipop tree, etc.
