If you have a hair dryer you can try drying what you need to wear with the hair dryer.

Put them coat hanger, on a clothes rack with a fan moving air over them. If you can have a heater going at the same time, so much the better. The warm moving air will dry them, but you will have to move them around to get them to dry evenly. After all that's what a dryer does.
You can also iron dry the clothes, if they can be ironed. Take a heap of towels, lay one on the ironing board, place another on top of the clothing item and press. the towels will help absorb more of the water, and the heat will help them dry faster.
In both cases give them a few shakes afterward to fluff them up as they may otherwise dry stiff.

If you have a furnace or a heater (like a wood burner), turn it on and place the clothes in front of the moving air. Make sure that it is warm as the hot air will dry the clothes faster. A wood burner that blows air out the front works really well for this. You will want to make sure that you turn it off before leaving.
Best bet though is taking them to a laundromat unless you could use a neighbor's.

ehehehe take them for a roadtrip... Just kidding'. But when I was on a roadtrip with my favorite girlfriend, we would position the jeans, or the shirts, or whatever that did not have time to dry, in between the window, and drive with the newly washed but not yet completely dry clothes... It helped, and we always had clean stuff to wear, even if we camped and all that most of the time. Hey we lost some socks on the way to Grand Canyon though, so make sure they don't fly away... Leave my creative roadtripping adventure to one side, don't pack them wet! It will smell nasty when you arrive to your destination. I know from experience. If not dry, don't bring them with you, go for shopping...

hmmm sounds like your in a pinch. this actually happened to me before too, what i did was use my oven, heat it up to about 300 and put a FEW things in at a time, they should dry pretty fast, just DONT let them touch the coils, try to lay them on a cooking stone if you have one. If you really dont want to do that, which i understand, then get them to stick to your car and drive a few blocks, ya you'll look dumb but there's your wind.
honestly though i did the oven thing and it does work and quite fast too, thats PROBABLY your best bet right now. BEST OF LUCK,
(i hope you tried your neighboors already to see if they would let you use theirs! :P)

ok try to squeeze out as much water as possible, then if the fabric is not easily torn (example: jeans) just hit it against something over and over again until most of the water comes out...
maybe try a blow dryer on high and warm temp (but dont put it too close to the clothes)

Put them in front of a fan, blow a hair dryer on them, or take them to a laundromat.
