There is a GREAT product called Whirlout that you may want to consider. It cleans mildew, soap scum, and mold out of whirlpools, spas, or anything with jets. I buy mine at Lowe's but you can do a store locater on their site to find somewhere close to you to buy it.

Fill the tub to the jet line and add a cup or two of bleach and run the jets. If you don't like bleach, use white vinegar (I'd probably use a whole gallaon) instead and just let the jets kind of flush out

bath baths can take 30 or extra gallons of water, reckoning on how severe the water point. Showers use 5-8 gallons of water according to minute. So, while you're taking an prolonged bathe, you will use an analogous quantity of water as in case you had taken a shower. in case you maintain the showers short, you will guard water. I choose getting showered, then I do a speedy bathe rinse for my hair. (i'm continuously curious precisely how grimy all and sundry is while they communicate approximately sitting of their very own dirt interior the tub!) keeping water and being sparkling are the two significant and the two could be carried out.

Use a mild addition of bleach (a quart or so per tub), and let it run a while, then turn off pump and let the solution soak an hour or so. Drain, rinse, and repeat. It may take several treatments to flush it all out. Make sure that, if there's a filter, remove it first, then replace it when the system is cleaned out.

I personally don't have a jet tub so maybe this is is not to be used in them, but I think a small amount of bleach would do a good job. It will kill the mold/mildew in the lines.

I would use an old toothbrush and some Soft Scrub to actually clean the jets. Then fill up your tub and put in some dish washing tablets in the water and let it run for about 15 to 20 minutes. That usually works for me.

I think you need to run it for awhile, and then check if there's a filter for the source of the mildew.

Have you tried circulating baking soda and vinegar through the lines?
