No, they're NOT!! Jerks won't even tell you what rule you allegedly violated!!

They're all fascists! I'll give you an example: some guy had posted a question that basically saidi "Why is necrophilia bad? It's not like you can hurt the baby." I reported him. Yahoo did nothing. My friends reported him. Yahoo did nothing.

I posted 2 questions about the issue, 1 in Polls & Surveys and 1 in Yahoo Answers. One of my questions was almost immediately deleted (maybe because the 2 questions were so similar, they never did tell me what effing rule I violated) but STILL YAHOO DID NOTHING ABOUT THE PERVERT'S QUESTION!

A couple of days later, they finally got around to deleting his offensive question but, boom, they'd jumped all over my @ss for posting 2 questions in different categories that were too much alike. (Or, at least I assume that's why they deleted mine, the Nazis would never respond to my appeals or tell me what precious rule I violated.)

I have many, many other incidents (including being violated for questions that the asker had already chosen as "best answer" and losing all those points) but you get the picture. The Ayatollah Yamster makes the rules whatever he wants them to be.

No. Yahoo has become very political, and even if you rarely venture out of the P&S section, you are starting to see it. People are violated for the littlest things, while others get off scot-free. It is really annoying actually, becasue this is supposed to be a fair, unbiasted website, but it's not. You have your favorites, and they become trolls who hunt down and gang up on people unmercifully. The only way you are safe on this site anymore is if you stick to answering questions about cats and keeping your profile private.

nO, BECAUSE if you spend any time in like, a political or other controversial forum, people will pick you out and pick on you and violate all your answers and questions. this has happened so many times to me because people just hate you for your opinions. it's ridiculous. i think violations should be kept to racist and/or sexist comments or things that are actually really offensive rather than someone being a republican and you hating them solely for that reason.

Most of the time, not-because there are haters who report you for no reason & you haven't even violated the community guidelines.

No! They violated me for no good reason at all three times!

No,because they give violations for the most stupidest things.

not at all! Some of the questions that I post aren't even offensive or crude, and they get ride of it! I guess it just depends on who's patrolling at the time...but a couple of my questions got suspended when there were other questions that were a lot worse! It's not fair at all.

No, because even when you follow all of the rules you still get hit with violations. That's the nature of the beast I think...

Namaste!

No because they violate for every single little thing

No they are not. I am still fighting with them about the last question I had. Idiots keep copying and pasting generic responses to me. Three times I replied that they never answered my question. Three times!! And still nothing.
