Well, you CAN, but that's only the first time you ovulate. Because when you ovulate, the unused egg and uterine lining HAS to go somewhere, so if you're not having a period then you probably aren't ovulating.

If you want a regular cycle back, I suggest Vitex, or FertilAid. It promotes ovulation and regular cycles. I'm breastfeeding and want my cycle back ASAP, so I'm starting on Vitex (it's safer while breastfeeding.)

I hope this helps! Good luck!

Getting your period is a signal that you just ovulated. If you're now not getting your period, then you are not ovulating. Yes, you can get pregnant with irregular intervals, however it's more difficult to do. You may also want to speak to a health care professional.

This is a hard one I would say no you cant. Only because if you have been ovulating and have not fallen pregnant you will have a period because the egg needs to be expelled. I would do a Pregnancy test ASAP, as you know there are so many things you need to be careful of during pregnany so get it checked, if you are pregnant you would be about 4 and a half months pregnant. Please do a test if you havent already and if you have and it's negitive go to the doctors and ask for a bloodtest.
