Hands down, Revlon ColorStay. I have tried so many department & drugstore eyeliners, and this was the best. No smudging & I rarely need to reapply it. They also have it in a waterproof version, which works even better.

Bobbi Brown Gel eyeliner is amazinggg or MAC is pretty good.

I have tried EVERYTHING!
The BEST is Urban Decay. You can get it at sephora.
I use it and I never have to re-apply. It won't come off. when I wake up in the morning, its still on after I have washed my face twice.
Its fabulous!
