Ok so I just got done readind twilight!!And I was just a little confused with the whole Edward Situation.I didnt get how he looked when he went out to the sunlight!!And I also didnt get how James got into her thoughts?Some one please explain!!

Vampires can't go into the sunlight because their skin dazzles like diamonds. That's what he wanted to show Bella in the meadow. James didn't get in Bella's thoughts literally. He used an old family video with her mother's voice on it to trick her. No one can get into Bella's thoughts.

When Edward steps out into the sunlight, his entire body sparkles like facets on diamonds. This happens with all the vampires.
As for the thoughts thing, James didn't get into Bella's thoughts.

Okay, when Edward goes out into the sunlight he sparkles as if someone crushed diamonds and dusted them on his skin. It is the same for the other vampires.
James appears to have some mind control abilities. He can affect emotions by calming them.
I've read all three books and am looking forward to the next ones- the author has a contract that she will only release one a year so it will be a bit aggravating to wait until next August!

edward sparkles when hes in the sun. pretend his skin is like a diamond. you know how when the sun reflects off a diamond it sparkles? thats how his skin reacts. and james didnt get through bella's thoughts. he knew that some of the cullens would be with her in hiding so he followed their sent and used logical reasoning to figure out that she would be in phoenix when she was hiding from him.hope that helped!

edward's like he has really small microscopic diamonds in his skin, so that when he steps in the sun he shines
James got in to bella's thoughts??? when did that happen
