Mostly just us Linux geeks. All others worship Bill and give him their money for no really good reason.

Sorry about your troubles, I hope it's temporary.

I have Vista and the only problem I had was that some panels weren't working(the welcome and control panels) with most boots. Since the last updates, everything is good so far. It could have been from something I did as I immediately started swapping over files from my old computer. I don't truly know. The Vista eye candy has worn off, but I still like the new features.

I work in IT and, so far, my experience with Vista hasn't been very positive. It probably won't be for a while, until MS gets a service pack out to fix all the problems it currently has. You can download some drivers, but not all. I know we have a few machines dead in the water because there aren't any current Vista fixes.

I like vista. I have no problems with it.
why?
I go to the manufacturer's website and download a new driver.
so everything works.

I haven't had any major problems... just hard to get used to after using XP for so long!
