Constructive discharge is when an employee quits thier job because they can no longer handle the hostile nature of the working envionment.

You cannot file for unemployment for any Job you quit, or were fired, or if you havent worked for 6 months..........#####

First of all you CAN collect umemployment if you quit if the grounds were such that any normal person would have quit under the same circumstances. I have handled over 10 cases in the last six months on those grounds and only 2 have been denied. Now, the time limit however is 180 days. Once that is past there is no recourse with the EEOC.

You cannot collect unemployment on wages earned 2 1/2 years ago. Unemployment benefits are calculated using wages you earned in the first four of the last five quarters. If you have worked since then and have earned sufficient wages to qualify for a benefit amount, a decision will be made on your most recent separation from your job. Good luck.

you can collect for a job you quit if you met some real specific rules, but you can not collect from 2.5 years ago. sorry, go get a job

you quit. you get no benefits. you only get unemployment when your fired.

too long ago also that wasnt your last job so no you cant
