I heard that bananas make u fat it it true or false. What do u think?????

Quite the opposite. Bananas can do a balancing act in your system like no other fruit can. It can balance your sugar, it can balance your blood pressure by keeping your potassium levels on an even keel. It keeps the sugar in your system from plummeting and it is a pure food because it is one of the only foods that 'bubble children' are given. It is a sterile product inside the peel. It is also touted as the only fruit close to mothers milk because it can be chopped so fine that it is very easily digested.
It is in the botany section that tells you HOW bananas are sterile.

NO. Banana is a healthy food. It has nothing do to with fatness. You can actually eat as many bananas as you want. Athletes, which are healthy people eat banana's regularly, because it has potasium that helps unstress tired muscles... If you're eating a lot of food and still don't gain weight, then maybe your metabolism is fast. I should suggest you do regular exercise and eat a lot of protien food. Eating protein rich food will help you gain weight and exercise will keep you healthy at the same time. But if you're not eating enough food... then start doing it now..

If you don't normally eat breakfast eat a banana- excellent source of slow release carbohydrate energy and vitK. The riper ones contain more sugar, but overall the energy count is about 400Kj or 10g fat equivalent. Prevents you needing to snack on hershy bars b4 lunch!

Why have you chosen Bananas in particular? If you eat anything excessively it of course will be bad for you, but bananas are healthy when taken sensibly, they give you energy, hence why tennis players love to eat them in their tennis match breaks, I have one a day and that won't do you any harm!

No - bananas do not make you fat.
However, they do turn you into a sort of crescent shape.

I can't help wondering whoever gave them that name - it's so hard to write.
I mean - I know how to spell Banana - it's just that I'm never too sure when to stop!

Bananas are a healthy food, but they are high in calories. For this reason they are popular with cyclists as an energy boost.

So eat them in moderation, bearing in mind the calories, would be my advice.
