I THINK THEY PROBABLY DIDNT LIKE MY ANSWER THAT MUCH, LOL
i usually write a little note as to why i chose their answer, i dont just give best answer for the hell of it, xxxxxxxx
oh, and i usually add a few xxxxxxx kisses

And a simple thanks is fine with me, when they choose mine for best answer.
I usually leave them a little note back to.

I love it when you choose me for best answer, because you always seem so grateful, and add details about what you liked.
However sometimes, thanks with a bunch of stars just says it all. Some people aren't big talkers. Thanks to them may mean all the things we say in great detail.
What I also like is when people thank the rest of the answerers as well as the best answer. It's nice to show appreciation.
What I noticed also about you Rockmum, is that you give everyone a thumb up. That makes people feel appreciated.
Everyone has a different way of showing appreciation. I love the little messages, but even just being chosen for best answer is a nice reward on its own.
Once this sweet lady said to me :"you 're an angel" no thank you, no details, just that. It brought tears to me eyes!!!

then you must really hate me because some of the time i just put :) or :D. I really wish that you could pick a best answer without putting anything....
What I hate is when I have best answer and then I find out that I am the only answer and the asker did not pick me but I guess someone voted to resolve the question.... but being the only one that answers has happened a few time to me...and I have asked a couple of questions that only got one answer......

I always write a short note of thanks also. I think it is the nice thing to do and I mean for them to know that. I try to be a nice person to everyone and it does my heart good. Have a great day!!

yeah, I know what you mean. When they do that it's apparent they just wanted to choose a best answer, not that they thought yours was so great, ya know?

If they pick me for best answer that is 10 points. So I consider that a good thanks. If they want to add something more that's fine to.
