ok i like this guy ,and i think he likes me.if he is attracted to me what do i say. oh and my best friends likes him and hes sort a intrested in her . wat do i say to get him

First of all decide who is more important your friend or the guy .
You said you think he likes you. You need to talk with him and get to know him. When ever you see him, walk over to him and talk to him. Ask if he has seen a certain movie and if he says no, ask him if he would like to see it together sometime.
