Unless you change the tense from past perfect to past, you need to say "I have." Past would be "I did." I can't think of any other way to change it. You can change "done" to completed, finished, through with.

Pick a verb that doesn't require have or had.

I climbed the mountain.
I ate the food.
I jumped over the fence.

Put it in the passive voice.

Example:-

I have given a book to John (active voice)

A book was given by me to John (passive voice)
