I am soooooo confused. With all the religious wars occuring with these groups, i'm confused. Currently, I think that the spanish were catholic and the rest were protestants? Can someone pleeeeaasse elaborate, I am so confused.

Catholic-Spanish,French and Portuguese
Protestant -Dutch,English,Swedish
There were also French Protestants or Huguenots(who went to S Carolina) and English Catholics(who went to Maryland)

Spans- Catholic

French- Canadianism
