Its a Jackie Chan film where hes fightin some guys on the top level/floor of this building/mall and he gets knocked onto this glass level (in the middle of the mall), his weight breaks the glass and he falls to the next highest level, this repeats at least 8-10 times until he its the ground

Sounds like one of the ones he did in HK back in the 80s. I would look up "Police Story", one two and 3. He did similar things like that in those three movies - in #1, he was on the top mall and he swung onto an electricity chain full of light bulbs and slid down that to get to the bottom level. The light bulbs were real - you could hear the electricity crackling and the lights dying as he flew down the chain.
