The only thing I really remember about the movie is that one of the lead characters bedrooms was underground. It was like his bedroom/skate room, and they got inot it by lifting a manhole cover in his backyard then climbing down a ladder. If anyone can tell me which movie this is, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I'm fairly sure it's Gleaming the Cube.. He goes to a friends house to get his skateboard fixed, and the friends room is underground.

Yup, most of these people are right, it's Gleaming the Cube. Don't forget a young Tony Hawk plays himself as Christian Slater's friend.
