NO, To do that the rate of deaths would have to meet or exceed the number of births. For that we don't need a war, auto accidents tobacco and heart disease kill more in a year than we lost in this war and Vietnam.

America is not overpopulated. In fact UN reports show that our country is one of the most sparsly populated areas in the world as it only makes up 2% of the world population. .

Do you honestly believe that America is overpopulated? Perhaps the cities are, but there is much open countryside that people can occupy. We're not overcrowded, we just choose to live in cities. Compare our country with...I don't know China!
