Please do not skip this question, i need to know a biology topic for my high school bio science fair. Please help, the topic must have quantitative data! I am for ever the slave of people who answer this!!

You could do an experiment on the relationship between food supply and CO2 production in yeast. Basically put yeast and water in a jar with different concentrations of sugar (or maybe different types of sweetener), and measure the CO2 production by capping it with a balloon and measuring it. You could then plot out different curves on the same graph with time vs. CO2 production to see which sweetener or food conentration is best (assuming that greater CO2 production = healthier yeast).
Remember to do a control group too (in this case, just water and yeast with no sweetener) for comparison.
