Are there USB 2.0 to 1394 cable?

I'm connecting my external hard drive(usb2.0) to my computer(1394a/b?), which is 7 years old. The external HD's port looks like this http://images10.newegg.com/NeweggImage/productimage/22-136-078-03.jpg
only other port i have is USB 1.1 (usb 2.0 to usb 1.1) and that is too slow for huge transfers.

you can get a 2.0 usb port card installed in your computor . as I understand the usb and firewire arn't compatable formats
