Any ways on how to release endorphins...especially from meditation...would be awesome.

I'm not a authority on meditating, but its damn good for releasing those endorphins. But your not going to understand the how and why unless you've done it yourself, it comes down to "feelings" you let yourself feel, that don't necassary have to be pleasant, but your reaction to those feelings while in a relaxed meditated state can... its a bit of an experience thing to really get a grasp of..... just lay that body down on a darn soft, comfrontable, none pillowed surface,(of course this is where personal taste comes in) and concentrate on putting that body to sleep (few methods on the internet for that) then try and ether think critically about yourself, this world, your day, or you could go the other path of simply holding a picture or picturing yourself in a enviroment of your choicing. See the whole act becasue of its surrealness is quite ephoric...
