My opinion? Andrew Johnson. This guy bought Alaska from the Russians for a little over 7 million bucks. The resources there must be worth trillions. You cant beat that. He also didn´t get America involved in any wars.

The president you got today is a reverse-Johnson.

Thomas Jefferson. He did the Louisiana Purchase which expanded the country and set precedent for others to do the same. Without him we would only be 17 states.
