Secondhand Serenade is a good band to check out if you're looking for acoustic songs.
So is The Spill Canvas, but their music is a little more in depth at times.
A Beautiful Silence is also good.

I like to hear Gloria Stefan's songs especially the Abriendo Puertas. The songs have good acoustics and blend of arrays of very good back-up musicians.
I you want slow songs then there are lots to choose from love songs of The Beatles, The Carpenters, The Bee Gees, etc.

I don't know if this is cute or anything but it is a love song.
Everlong by Foo Fighters (look for acoustic version because there's a non acoustic version but the acoustic is SO much better)

Would you try Pagdating ng panahon by Aiza Seguerra it's a nice acoustic version.
