Like people who know the difference between APEC and OPEC (when they are at an APEC meeting) and people who know the difference between Austrian and Australian troops (unlike bush when he told the Australian PM something about his Austrian troops, in the White House released transcripts it said Australian, but the President clearly said Austrian).
