In reference to the song JACK AND DIANE what does it mean when someone says "Jack had the proper nomenclature"

I'm on a scavenger hunt and this was one of the clues to help find a location. Any ideas?

nomenclature has to do with names... the 2 proper names in the song are Bobby Brooks and James Dean. Maybe Robert is proper for Bobby, and James is already "proper". Then again, John is proper for Jack.
