First of all I don't understand prep nor scene nor emo. sorry but can u provide more details?
BTW asking everyone is rather futile attempt, to justify whether you're pretty or not. coz everyone has their subjective opinion.
If you mean "pleasant face" then it's more general since most people can get a feel from face expression.
In line with what i've stated above, I'm not sure what expression that is. Are u trying to look cute? Are you trying to smile? But honestly, that is not smiling face i can recognize.

properly. From the photos, you look conserving up along with your hygiene, you're properly dressed, and you have a grin. sure. you're a enormously lady. that's the self belief that keeps men interest after that first impression. in case you're able to do something, act stupid in case you pick, and quite no longer care despite if or no longer some guy will think of you're humorous, then you definately will clearly attraction to a brilliant type quantity of fellows to you. merely be your self. : ) Oh, and freckles are a plus. have self belief it or no longer :D

You should understand that beauty is not everything in life. You will probably have to grow up a little before you realise this truth.
You are beautiful in little ways, like you have nice clear skin and arn't overweight etc. But there will always be somebody that is prettier, and that goes for everyone.
Focus on having a fantastic personality and getting along with people and you will find out that those qualities will take you further in life than looking perfect will.

Who says you are not beautiful but more over you are gorgeous and looks so pretty enough and if were roaming around you pretty girl i would have surely made have you to fell that u r really so beautiful and can show the world that u r also the one who has taken birth in this world who can do something in her life all right so,please don't make u fell that u r not beautiful other wise that hope or your thinking wont let let you to live a happy moment in your life all right.

it makes you look simply hug-able :)
tip - to sculpt your face a bit, part your hair by making it point at the highest arch of either eyebrow.
also, try wearing some eye make up. it would really bring out your eyes more.

yea but now we cant see your whole face.
it would help cuz the ther side o yur face might be green and bumpy and mutant.
POST A BETTER PIC where your just looking at the camera your whole face smiling.
but i give the right side of your face an 8 outta 10

Um...why do you need to define yourself as a prep or emo? It shows that you don't have your own personality.
And also, the fact that you're asking us if you're pretty is another thing which makes you look insecure.
You are fine...you just look kind of sedentary...you'll have more of a 'glow' on your face if you play sports.
