You would be best to replace the oil pan completely. There may be a good used one available through a local auto wrecker. If you are not wanting to do it yourself, take it to a shop. Even if you were able to get the plug out, it would not be wise to put in one of those oversize replacements that the parts stores sell. They always leak after a little while and aren't worth the trouble.

If the bolt itself spins, then you definately will would desire to purchase a clean oil pan and gasket kit. The bung interior the pan that holds the drain plug has broken loose. If the top of the drain plug isn't loose yet stripped, then reshape the top with a grinding gadget very heavily to greater healthful yet another length socket or wrench. Then prepare warmth with a torch and this is going to come suitable off. the two way, somebody with journey ought to attempt the interest.

I'd try to apply downward pressure on the bolt as I turned it with the vise grips locked tightly to it. Put a thin washer over the nut, then lock the vise grip to the nut. Insert a U shaped fork above the washer and lever it down to keep pressure on the nut as you turn it slowly.
