I don't really taking pills unless I really need to, so I only take advil/asprin/whatever for it if it's really bad and not going away after a while.

If it's really bad I usually take something for it. I can't fall asleep if it feels like my head is about to explode. But normally I let it go away on its own. I have a headache literally everyday and I don't want the meds to stop working or become dependent on them.

I never get headaches and usually when I do they aren't very bad. So I don't need either bed or meds for it.

I try to sleep it off, but if I wake up and more than 30minutes have passed and It still hurts, then I'll take a pain reliever like ibuprofen.
