That story is based on an April Fools Day joke a few years ago. Zombies are no more real than the tooth fairy.
I hope I didn't just rob you of some childlike innocence....

There is evidence that zombies do exist. Not in North Korea but in the Caribbean. It is possible to make up a chemical that can be placed on areas of a persons home where he/she touches all the time. This chemical is absorbed into the blood and causes the persons respiration to slow placing them into a coma. They are pronounced dead by a local doctor and buried alive. They are revived about 5 hours later and kept in captivity by administering this drug in small amounts keeping them in a semi conscious state. People in these underdeveloped countries uses this to get back at individuals they don't like or for some sort of revenge. The medicine is derived from the puffer fish and other local herbs. Sounds a bit far fetched but it is true.

Actually, a Zombie is a brain damaged person used for manual labor in voodoo cultures. A combination of a sub-lethal poisoning using blowfish skin and the horror of being buried alive causes the effect of a frontal lobotomy. As a result, the person is incapable of making decisions other than basic instinctual ones, and is extremely open to suggestion.
It's also a cocktail, but that's for another category.

North Korea is too busy with their nuclear weapons program to bother with making zombies. Although, maybe the North Korean government has succeeded in making the entire population into zombies. They are all brainwashed and don't have enough to eat.

Yes, they are!! I know for sure. When I was a little girl one popped out of my attic and attacked me! I couldn't believe it. It was 60 feet tall, three noses, and it didn't have fingers!
