All months have at least 28 days. But February has just 28 days 3 out of every 4 years. During what is known as "Leap Year" February, then has 29 days in the month.

Only February is effected by leap year.
Normally it only has 28 days, but once every 4 years it gets an extra day.
And if you want to know in advance what year will be a leap year.
Take the year, for example 2008 divide it by 4, if the answer is in whole numbers with nothing left over then that one will be the leap year.

This is pretty lame not to mention pretty old....all the months have 28 days.....I think I heard this one when I was a kid....a loooong time ago.
