This is all smoke and mirrors. I don't listen to a word that man says. He is a greeding power hungry lying SOB that only won the election because a nutcase from Ohio rigged the election for him. Bush and Blackwell should stand trial in the same style court that Sadam was tried in.

Haven't seen the speech, as watching Bush's speeches gives me depressions.
But I can tell you with utmost conviction that he most likely again twisted facts, painted over-rosy pictures, left out huge amounts of facts and called upon his deepest conviction and, not at least, his God, that he's sure he's following the right way.
Unfortunately Bush is a dangerous man who is directly responsible for the death of tenthounsands and tenthousends of people, innocent civilians mainly.
There were other tactics in the terror-war, but he had chosen the crowbar.
No other news from Bush with the exception that the President after him has to inherit the Iraq-mess.

I didn't watch it. -_- It isn't that I don't care about these things, I do....but....
The guy's a liar. Bush's lies are what GOT US in Iraq in the first place. I don't believe *anything* he has to say, starting with the way he debases the Oval Office of the Presidency of the United States as if his "elections" were ever legit.
In plain english. He doesn't deserve one *second* of my time.
Honestly. His continued existence makes me ashamed of my whole nation. How could we *let* such a damned alcohol- and cocaine-addled *retard* into office in the first place?
Oh, that's right, we didn't, but someone sold out Florida the first time, and then Diebold sold out Ohio the second time.
Times like these I wonder why the *hell* we let Texas in the Union. They keep letting Mexicans in anyway....we should have just let them *rot* after the Alamo, the way they're letting New Orleans rot *now* as they *abuse* Hurricane Katrina survivors among them.
Thanks for bringing this up and ruining my previously good mood. -_- Geeez, remind me of Resident Evil up in D.C. ....
And I was having a *good day* too. Why??

He was just trying to make Americans feel "all warm and cozy" inside. It was a total lie. We obviously saw the hearing with Gen. Petraeus saying that he does not know if our actions there are making AMERICA safer. Bush kind of just beats around the bush with this one. He never really says that we are safer, he just says that we want the troops home..and in that he says, "because of our successes we can" BS.
I did like Sen. Reed's comments, though. Bush did not give any rhyme or reason to why were are still over there and what the real plan is.

I make a point of never watching or listening to him. And I was a Republican for my entire voting life until he got "elected".
