Makoto x Sekai from School Days are the worst couple (well, actually Makoto x anyone). [Spoliers Coming] I mean he was dating Kotonoha at first, then ditches her for Sekai. Then while he is with Sekai, he sleeps with pretty much every girl in the anime who has a name. And when he finds out he got Sekai pregnant, he starts ignoring her. Makoto is a true ***.
Best couple? I am very partial to the Mai x Yuuichi paring from Kanon 2006 for non canon couples, and Asa x Rin from Shuffle! for canon couples. I also agree with the above, Syaoran x Sakura is very cute, but they are a little young for best (and they weren't that amazing in Tsubasa Chronicles, even though I loved the show).

Best anime couple, I'd say...
1) Syaoran Li & Kinomoto Sakura
2) Sora & Kairi: Kingdom Hearts isn't anime, but it's a manga, so I guess it's close.
Worst? Well you have a list that goes on and on here. I mean, crossovers, and so on, it's just really long.
But the worst anime pairings in my mind, are Yaoi (Guy/Guy)... I mean, who pairs up Naruto and Sasuke and has them make out with eachother?
Ewwwww.... (no offense to those who are a fan)

Ha, this may sound pathetic, but any two people (meaning GIRL AND GUY) that like eachother and end up with eachother... its just so cute
and the worst would be any slashes! i dont resent gay/lesbian marriages (im not mean like that!), but i just dont like that on anime
