Anybody know of any must do activities or places a sinlge man like myself needs to go? I am looking to have a ton of fun. It's a business trip with 2 fellow employees and they are trying to have fun also.

Visit the 3 famous attractions, namely the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wildlife Park and the San Diego SeaWorld.
The San Diego Wildlife park has some 3,500 animals representing 429 different species. In this park, the animals are allowed to room freely in this enclosure.
The San Diego Zoo is one of the main tourist attractions and best know zoos in the world. It houses some 4,000 animals with 800 species from all over the world and more than 700,000 plants.
The popular San Diego Sea World is another place to consider. You will enjoy rides, shows, attractions and special events.
After you have visited these attractions, you might want to take a trip to La Jolla which is located 4 miles (6km) north of San Diego’s Mission Bay. This is a beautiful place with cliffs and coves. The most scenic location is the La Jolla Cove and the Ellen Browning Scripps Park (at Boomer Beach).

I agree mostly with swtkalijewelz but Buca di Beppo? Much better Italian in San Diego than a national chain. I'll get back to that.
Head to Downtown and walk around the gaslamp - fantastic restaurants, clubs and bars downtown. Good Italian downtown: Aqua Al Due - there are two Aqua Al Due's in the World. One in San Diego, the other in Florence, Italy. Many of the establishments near Petco Park are pretty rockin'. Check out the Bar in the Omni (attached to the stadium via a skyway) Dussini is pretty cool too.
You could also check out Little Italy on India Street (a lil bit north of Downtown) - in particular Mona Lisa (I went to HS with the guys whose family owns it). Princess Pub is cool too - British style pub a few blocks away w/ darts, decent grub.
Go into La Jolla and walk down Prospect and Girard. Trendy area but there's a lot of history and the views are unbelievable (not to mention the homes). Some excellent restaurants right there too - Trattoria Acqua and Porkyland (I know, funny name) is some of the most fantastic Mexican food in SD.
The Living Room is a nice coffee spot with awesome views and I'd probably go there if I was single. If you want a lil more upscale check out Alfonso's for Mexican cuisine.
Del Mar's pretty awesome too - the main drag is Camino Del Mar and then take a left at 15th and head down to the water. Great scenery.
Between these options you'll have a good time.

You can go to this beach and that beach has seals on sore it really nice or you can go to Island Cornado its really nice as well or the world famous San Diego zoo or Sea world also its tons of fun! or you can go to Mission bay or hangout anywhere its really nice out here.

Hillcrest! you'll have more fun than you ever imagined!!
Just go up to University Avenue at 5th street. Lots to do. A great place for a single man.
Then on the weekend, head down to the nude beach between La Jolla & Del Mar.

Pacific Beach, Crown Point, Sea World the Zoo, Balboa Park, try Old Town. They have great mexican food. The Gas Lamp downtown.......Take in a baseball game at Petco Park!!

go play poker or gamble at one of nearby poker rooms/casinos.

side trip to tijuana mexico (less than 20 miles south)
La Jolla (an affluent beachside community famous for the La Jolla Caves)
there are good mexican restaurants in san diego and the bar scene is pretty cool

There is a place in san diego called seal beach. Some locals know about it and it is where all the seals "hang out" pretty cool

well I've been to San Diego before and i loved going to the zoo with my fam but if its just you and some guys maybe the zoo wouldn't be too fun but the beach is really nice if your interested its a lot of fun lots of good places to eat lots of cool stuff.
