Should I wear a belt with my sweater dress? If so, what kind?

I have a sleeveless light cream, sort of off white sweater dress that fits tight but cute. I have some chocolate brown shoes, and I was just going to dress it up with a brown clutch, a brown and gold necklace and some dangling earrings and wear my hair up

However, I can't decide if I need a belt. I;m only 115 lbs, and 5'4", and the dress complements me well, but since I am wearing brown shoes, I wanted to bring out the brown without a belt, but since it's a sweater dress, do I need a belt?

If anyone reads Life & Style, its something like Eve has on on page 13 but it's sweater material, but pretty much the same color. I notice she has on the same color shoes.... What do you think?

1] hope your dress is a bit looser!
2] try a medium width [ 2" ] brown belt that matches the shoes, and a gold necklace [ not long, if you wear it with the belt ]
3] or, wear the outfit [ your original ] with a brown velvet jacket
