The survey is lacking. The ocean is a huge supply of water for California. If you meant FRESH water, the ocean is still a huge supply, but de-salination is required.

Water conservation? water is water unless the oxygen is separated from the hydrogen: H20. If you meant polluted water, you needed to state so.

Age: 27 How do you feel about the various programs the US government offers to those who are poor or in need? Depend on the program. Anything that helps children or disabled adults is fine with me. Anything that "helps" able bodied adult i'm opposed to, with the exception of education and/or childcare assistance. The army is always hiring, so they can get a job if they really want. Do you feel these programs are necessary? If not, why not? Some of them yes, some no. Children cannot provide for themselves and need to be protected, the same for the disabled. For able bodied adults, No. If you feel they are necessary, why? If not, why not? People can always find a job (Military, McDonalds, etc.) most of them just don't want to do the jobs that are available. Most of them result from poor life choices (having children to young, not getting an education) and I don't want to pay for other peoples mistakes. Birth control and abortion are legal in this country. If you could change anything, what would you change/add to these programs. I would not give assistance to those who are capable of working/joining the military. And I would make mandatory drug tests a requirement to receive any form of government aid. If the parents fail them they should lose custody of their children (Children shouldn't be raised by drug addicts)
