Yeah pretty much - they have been able to do blood tests for type for years, but if baby daddy and the accused daddy were the same type then they would be hosed.

Yes, the so called Father would be put through years of anguish and not knowing he was not the Father. I know this one young man, who has eight children. Everytime the young man was away, he would come home and find this nasty , promisuous women pregnant. She swore up and down that he was the Father and then one came out looking Spanish. He allows the Little Girl to call him Daddy, because this women tells him she looks like her side of the family. Many men all over the World have been lied to and some children never know who their real Father is. These women are really terrible. Every child deserves to know who their Fathers are.
Some women don't give a rats *** who Fathers her child, and has no Shame at all. I could write a book on this subject.

it depends on if they were married or not. if they were married t was the husband's child by law. if they were not married, then it was decided by the parties or the courts, i am sure there were some who were not the fathers, but then not so many people were only out for sex either
