I assume you mean Arab countries, as there are currently no Palestinian countries in existence.
The main reason is because said countries want Israel gone, first and foremost. They practically base their entire existence on eradicating Israel, which is why instead of developing an economy, Iran is sinking all its money into arming Hizbullah. The fact that they can't succeed against Israel infuriates them to no end.

Well, 1st of all there aren't any official Palestinian countries because Israel occupies the West Bank & they won't let Gaza to become an official country. And when Israeli troops occupy your land (West Bank), build a wall around it to make it like a prison & give you no civil rights I guess that's why they ALWAYS complain. Would you complain if Israel did that to you & your family/home?

Ther is no palestinian country never was or has been , it was a territory with in .The Pals are being used and abused by their own kind . the first fences were put up by the other Arab people . they complain to draw attention and to try to provoke Israel

I don't know, it alway seems to happen after the Palis fire rockets into Israel. I can't see why the Israelis would object to that. Of course if people in Canada were firing rockets into Detroit or Chicago would you object to an aggressive response by the US Government?

For centuries in Moslem lands, Jews were forbidden to defend themselves in ANY way against an attack by a believer.
If a Moslem wanted to beat a Jew on the street, or spit on a Jew, the Jew was not even allowed to raise a hand to block the attack or the spit flying at his face -- he could be convicted and executed for doing so.
From the Moslem perspective, Jews fighting and defending themselves is a "crime".

Half is bombs and rockets, half is playing to the cameras to seem like victims.
