i think life gets easier if you avoid life mistakes that you either can't recover from or take a life time to recover from

also if you start making good decisions - eat right, exercise, honesty, responsibility .... all the stuff you are Supposed to do, but don't feel like doing, these are the very things that will make your life easier later on -- like starting an IRA in your 20's ---

my life is easier in the areas i made better decisions in, and some areas will never be made right from screw ups 35 years ago!

Does it get easier...you are kidding me...the one thing I despise is the fact that even though you have an unblemished record of driving you have to pay very large sums to keep ones self on the road., and the one thing you cannot do is to walk very far. Then when you cant and call a Taxi you get fleeced out of your money. You cannot win when you get older as you will find out to your peril.....!!

Don't know if it gets easier - but you stop being a door mat and a people pleaser and you start telling ppl where to go because you feel you've earned the right lol - so i guess you get wise with age... : )

I think it gets easier because you don't care about trivial things. You realize what the important things in life are and you are smarter and wiser so you know how to handle situations better.

I don't think life gets any easier as we get older but i think with age we gain wisdom which helps us to deal with vaired issues that arise better.

I would think harder rather than easier--health issues, sexually, strength and energy, income, sense of self and new achievement, etc. Yes, some, maybe many older men and women continue to live exciting lives. But such nuisances as heart attacks, cancer, and strokes take it out of a person.

Not really. You begin to see invisability set in....people don't bother about you even though your there. You tend to be left on your own more. You don't get as much company. And what you say falls on deaf ears. And believe me, that's no fun. So you have to find your own amusements, that's if you don't get heavily criticised for wanting to do your own thing without your families consent....strange as it is.
