The only thing you have the right to say "rocks your socks" is Tenacious D. I don't know who the hell Miley Cirus is and don't care to find out. Hilary duff is a trashy actress. Miley Cirus looks like someone that would be on a 5 year old girls pink lunchbox, I don't think shes talented.

I like Miley too.I agree she's talented and is down to earth.Hilary is a good actress but I don't really like her as much as much as I used to.I don't know why though.

I LOVE her in hannah montana but hilary duff i think is a much better actress. i have watched the perfect man like a million times and its just a GREAT movie so id have to go with hilary

Miley Cyrus. I think Hilary used to be so cute but now she has changed so much. Miley has a GREAT voice and is hilarious! (I really like jackson oliver and lilly on hannah montana too!) I like Miley Cyrus better.
