How do I load music onto my ipod?

I download music through limewire. Detailed instructions please.

assuming you mean mp3 files, open itunes, select, click and drag the music files into the itunes library, then plug your ipod in.

download itunes.
once in itunes, go to file import and select what you want.
then sync your ipod.
