either drop the class or switch to another section. i don't have time to deal with people like that when a viable solution is an option.

Talk to the teacher privately and ask why you've received low marks, and point out the instances where you feel the marks were incorrect. Ask what you can do to improve your marks in the future.

After that, if you feel the teacher is constantly doing this in a malicious way, when you are really not making mistakes, take it up with the principal.

To the person who said it's not possible- they obviously have never had a "bad" teacher. I've had one of these- they are tenured in and they know they wont get fired and discriminate to certain groups within the school. I know these kind of teachers. You can have the same exact essay as someone else, in essence, and would get a lower mark. One of my math teachers did this. She catered only to people who were invovled in sports. It wasn't fair to the rest of us who were going to High School full time and working full time and didn't have time to go to games. Anyway... I'd try to get transferred to another teacher in the same subject. I doubt if you try to complain anything will happen, because once they are tenured in they aren't going anywhere unless something horrible goes public like sexual relations or something. Sometimes you just have to remove yourself from the situation, unless your parents are very willing to put up a good fight. Good luck!

After some conferences with the assumption, instructor accused, different pupils, they got here across her responsible of giving myself as properly as different minority pupils racially inspired low marks and became suspended from coaching. keep all your paper artwork, tell your mum and dad, produce different instructors verify and critique your artwork and notify the assumption or counselor of the type you experience this instructor is purposely supplying you with undesirable marks. do no longer permit the instructor intimidate you, keep all your artwork, and document each and every thing to college government for further assessment. I doubt a teacher would intentionally give you low marks.

Try harder in the class.
