The word "of" should be between elimination and government. I didn't notice it before I submitted the question.

Human nature is the reason limited government is impossible. This was one of the greatest fears of the founding fathers.

The only solution is to fire the current lot of congressmen and other elected officials and start fresh.

No, American History does not prove that limited government is impossible. It's what's happening right now that is proving it.

The reason it's becoming hard to control is because we're led by people who are the most selfish, horrible, and richest people in our country. Those people, out of fear of losing their jobs, only do what the large corporate groups, and very stupid civil rights groups tell them to do.

We need to wake up as a country, and realize that we're being taken for everything we have. Eventually they're going to take a lot more of our rights away, and it's going to be total government, unless we do something. Especially if the democrats win this next election.

Why do I say that? It is because Barak Obama talks about pulling our troops out of Iraq, then about bombing our allies! Hillary Clinton will do anything for power, she does not care at all for the American people. It's scary. Then that great idea for health care reform in America. They don't tell you that you will still have to pay for a lot of things, and will not have access to insurance to pay them. They also don't tell you that you will have to wait months for a doctors visit, (for things that need to be taken care of immediately on a life or death basis) and even longer in the ER than you do now.

When asked why she is the leader of the biggest "do nothing" congress in history, Nancy Pelosi avoids the question, and accuses the reporter of biasness.

I think it's funny that everyone thinks bush is evil and will take their rights away, whenever the Republicans are the ones who want less government, and the Democrats are the ones that want more.

Of course limited government works and by the way the founding fathers were very much in favor of limiting government, that is the reason they gave state governments so much power originally they knew that people living in small areas or states could better control the government under which they lived and that since each vote in such a government would be important that people would be more likely to vote, look at your last governors election the margin of victory was closer than the margin for the race for president so on a local level each vote is important

Exactly! Now, there's finally someone having a brain and using it.
