I am one of those unpatriotics. I knew Bush wasn't being honest with We The People when he began the invasion. I knew it was to put us in a strategic positon in the Middle East. Now I'm questioning how much of this has to do with Israel. Where better to go with this then my buddies at YA.

sfaa-I expected responses like yours. I am not unpatriotic absolutely the opposite. I'm sorry you are unable to see the possibilities. Insulting a person is a very low form of communication.

You tell me-

Secretary of State Henry Kissinger signs a “Memorandum of Understanding” with Israel obligating the US to ensure the security of Israel’s oil reserves and energy supply in times of crisis. “The memorandum… [is] quietly renewed every five years” according to the London Observer, “with special legislation attached whereby the US stocks a strategic oil reserve for Israel even if it entail[s] domestic shortages—at a cost of $3 billion in 2002 to US taxpayers.” [State of Israel :: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 9/1/1975; Janes Foreign Report, 4/16/2003; Observer, 4/20/2003] In the event that commercial shippers refuse to ship oil to Israel, the US is obligated to ship it using its own tankers. I think you are absolutely right, The Geo strategic position of Iraq makes it an ideal one in a region that can explode at any time. Was it just because of Israel i wouldn't go that far but i am sure it is part of the plan somehow. As to answer Sfaa rhetoric.
I am curious to see what his or her reason for Iraq war is?
After all we went in:
1- because of chemical arms in Saddam's possession
2- then it was because of Iraq ties with Al qaeda
3- no ... wait ... it is because of threats of US attack by Saddam
4- oops ... what am i saying ... He is just not complying with the UN sanctions
5- Finally we had to in order to free the oppressed people of Iraq
6- Now it was all about democracy....
SO ...... Which one is it?????

I don't think so. I think we are in the Middle east for more of geographic reasons. I mean, think about the countries that surround Iraq. Now, think about what kind of nuclear capibilities they have. I personally think, that by positioning us in Iraq we are supressing the both nations that could become a major threat to the us.

Is your head screwed on right?

What in the world would Iraq have anything to do with Israel?

In case you haven't noticed, Israel is an ally of the U.S.A.

At least you admit it.

So, the war was all for oil. The war was all for Haliburton. The war was all for Israel. The war was all for Bush's secret desire for a war. Do you people ever listen to yourselves?

I can't put into civil word what I think of you, so I'll leave it at that.

I don't know if it has anything to do with Israel, but he did go in under false pretenses... He just wanted to go in and finish what daddy didn't finish 10 years earlier like he should have.
