Try to give them away. Don't kill them or have an abortion.

(And yes I am pro choice)

First of all, don't allow her to become pregnant again!
Second, don't take them away from their mother, let her raise them up. When they are able to eat and drink on their own then let them go to good homes.
You'd better start looking NOW! More than likely she's going to have a lot!
If you take them to a pet shop, they could be sold as food for other animals.
Don't keep the babies either, you'll soon be extremely over populated with mice! Soon as they are eating and drinking on their own, send them off to their new homes.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds kind of cruel. You should wait for the babies to grow, then give away the new mice or give them to a pet store. Pet stores will also take the babies, and the babies will be sold as live food for other animals (reptiles and amphibians)

They have to stay with the mom for about 3 weeks. Then try and call some pet stores and see if they are interested- they will often take them.

Um... Mouse Abortion? Just keep the babies and sell them to the pet store. They'll use them as feeder pinkies.

Flush them as soon as they come out. That would be the way to go.
