I tried to access the 1st site & was denied access, so I went to the next site & it had some goodies to build your own webpages. I'm really not sure what you are trying to do.
Are you building a web page for yourself or for someone else?
If for someone else, then how do you propose to get people to visit this site.
Have you tried: http://www.mysite.com
I think this might be the site that walks you through it step by step.
