...called The Land Before Time? A guy, his daughter & son lived in the dinosaur age and lived in a cave.
Do you have a favorite Saturday morning show that you loved, something before the 1990's?

my_iq_135: that's right, it was called The Land of the Lost. It was one of my favorite shows. You say it had bad graphics & acting? Well as a child that I was when I watched it, I gave a crap less about the clarity & performance it gave. Couldn't you have just answered the question, with the correction, and left?

To the guy with the insecurity to have to tell the rest of us that he thinks he has an IQ of 135, I gave you a thumbs down. Being smart does not mean you have tact, and you proved that to all of us today. Go play with your pokemon and leave us 'dumb' people alone.

Now, on to your very good question. . .

My favorite Saturday morning show was Zoom. They always had cool things to do the rest of the day and lots of experiments you could actually do without getting in trouble. I remember putting an egg upright on the counter in a small pile of salt and then blowing the salt away and it looked like the egg was standing up by itself, but was really supported by a few grains of salt. Lots of fun stuff for kids. . .

Honorable mentions include:
Anything with Bugs Bunny
Superfriends
Land of the Lost (yes I remember it well)
Little Rascals
Scooby Doo

Great Question AGAIN!

I am pretty sure you are talking about "Land of the Lost". They were on a rafting trip and got sucked onto some type of time-warp-Whirlpool thing. The dinosaurs were a threat, but some clicking, hissing critter they called the Sleestack where usually the villains. I think that there were some powerful, magical crystals; and a little monkey dude as well. It was a Father, Son, and Daughter...am I close here?

I remember The Banana Splits. I used to piss off this girl I used to date because she liked Bob Marley, and the song Buffalo Soldier sounds just like the Banana Splits theme song so I would sing "One banana, two banana, three banana, four..." Yeah, that didn't last long...

Johnny Quest. I miss those type of cartoons. I just flipped on the cartoon channel a few weeks ago at home. (I travel alot). There was a transvestite trying to pick up a girl at a cafe....I flipped it off and started weeping for our future as a country.

That was not "land Before Time" (a movie) it was "Land of The Lost". It aired on CBS in the late 70's into the early 80's.

"Marshall, Will and Holly in the Land Of The Lost...." was part of the title theme. Very cheesy special effects, and even worse acting.

As for my favorite Saturday morning entertainment it was and still is the Warner Brothers cartoons (Buggs & Daffy.)
