In order to make a contiguous sentence that is suitable using the adjacent words a person will need to adopt an attitude that can be adapted to the ability, and capacity of the reader to accept as well as adapt to it's underlying meaning.

The building adjacent to mine had the capacity to accomodate 200 people until the owner decided to accept the tenants' proposal to adopt an annex suitable for holding more and thus having to adapt to a larger tenant population.
This is the best i could do with the 3 minutes I have. You'll have to insert contiguous and ability yourself.
