Whether for or against, the foreskin does serve a purpose and very few seem to realize it... For one thing, it is a protection for the very sensitive skin beneath. As well, it acts as a sleeve bearing during intercourse in order to reduce friction for the female when she is dry...especially after menopause...
The foul odour often mentioned is nothing more than a lack of cleanliness and this lack of cleanliness can cause various types of disease and infections...
Soooooo....... "UN-" is best and it does matter...!!!

No it wouldn't really matter to be honest. But I think natural is great and don't know why you'd want any missing. It's not dirty and most men in the world are uncircumcised.
